Artist's Bio
As an artist, I’ve been living and working in the Central Texas and the Texas Hill Country area for the past thirty years. I work out of my home studio in Round Rock, Texas in my preferred medium – oil. I'm inspired by nature and color. I love to paint landscapes, flowers and still life subjects.
I first became exposed to art as a child in California. We had a professional artist as a neighbor. I spent many hours watching with fascination as she worked and was mesmerized by her ability to transform a flat surface into a likeness with depth and dimension that made the images life like.
During the 80's one of my neighbors challenged me to reproduce a painting she had completed - that was the beginning of a new love.
